Every day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks - in total of 20 sessions. 30 min per session.


NOTE: YOU CAN START A SESSION BY JOINING ON ANY MONDAY AND YOUR 20 SESSIONS COUNT FROM THE DAY YOU START.
Choose to attend all 5 days of the week or attend as per your schedule. 
NOTE: If you miss a session in the morning, you can make up the session by attending the session in the evening as per the evening schedule. Make ups are allowed only within the 4 weeks and cannot be carried over to next month i.e., beyond 4 weeks of enrollment. Doubling up sessions on same day to make up is not allowed.

NOTE: If you signed up first time for sessions and are continuing your monthly enrollment with JHI you have to sign the policy and waiver agreement only once upon enrollment, and it will be valid for all sessions up until JHI makes any updates or changes to its policy and waiver agreement.

The program is structured to encourage all non-dancers as well dancers to learn to groove, have a blast and get fit to music from Bollywood, Hollywood, Tollywood, other regions, and from all over the world! The sessions are unique as participants will also learn hula hooping and line dancing to dance numbers.

Please note there is no make up or carry over for weekend sesssions

NOTE: Face yoga 20 sessions begin at the start of every month. While you can join weekday sessions anytime in the middle of the month, you can only join face yoga at the next recurring sessions i.e., the following month.
