A social network for members to meet and a platform to conduct, discuss, hold Q & A panels with members and special guests from the fitness and wellness industry.

JHI GIVE BACK INITIATIVE FOR ALL MEMBERS

ALL JHI enrolled participants get additional 15-minute free face yoga session (optional to attend) on weekdays (MON- THURS) after the 45 min regular session irrespective of the number of days you choose to enroll in JHI sessions.

ALL members get to attend free orientation, personal journey roadmap and nutrition/wellness sessions that will be held by JHI on Fridays as needed.

ADDITONAL JHI GIVE BACK FOR MEMBERS BASED ON ENROLLMENT
Note: Minimum 2 weekdays per week is required for JHI enrollment. Participants must choose two specific days of the week they plan to attend and can attend workouts only on these specific days.

Saturday Pilates Core/Ab workout that you can add as an additional class to your weekday selection is for 4 Saturdays (3 are paid sessions and the fourth is a free session). Note: FREE Onboarding, Nutrition and Face Yoga sessions require minimum three-member attendance to be conducted. Paid sessions will be cancelled if there are less than 3 participants registered at start of cycle and JHI will credit back based on mutual agreement with participant.

Please Note: You will be eligible for any extra free sessions that are JHI give back initiative for paid sessions, only if you have paid the full cycle fee (not prorated fee) for all 4 weeks of enrollment in a monthly cycle.

Makeup of weekday sessions for a fully paid cycle is either morning or evening on enrolled days. Exception: With prior notification to JHI, members can makeup to a maximum of 2 paid weekday sessions. This requires JHI to be notified by members four days prior to their upcoming day/days of absence. Make up days for weekdays will be scheduled by JHI within the first two weeks of the next JHI cycle and participants can apply 2 sessions credit to their second month payment cycle. Since, second month is a credited prorated month there will be not makeups allowed for second month except the regular morn or evening makeup options. Makeup cycle will again apply from the third month. There is no make up for any JHI free extra weekdays. For specific details on makeups for weekdays, credits and for makeup of specialty sessions that are included for all four days of weekday enrollment, please contact JHI prior to registration. There is only one makeup for Saturday sessions. It's the fourth free Saturday.

Some Fridays in a month will used by JHI for Onboarding, JHI Health and Nutrition coaching, and JHI Specialty workouts (offered to those who enroll all 4 weekdays).

The Workouts

Whole Body Workout structured for all levels of participation.
Mobility, Flexibility, and Endurance training.
Strength training with Weights, Resistance Bands.

NOTE: If you miss a morning session during weekdays, you can make up the session by attending in the evening and vice versa. Make ups are allowed only within the Four weeks of current cycle and cannot be carried over to next month enrollment.
WEEKEND SATURDY: 4 SATURDAYS (3 Saturdays plus one free makeup session)

DURATION: 45 MIN PER SESSION
Dynamic training for Abs/Core training with Pilates. The Abs and Pilates sessions on Saturday has a prerequisite. Please contact JHI to evaluate your readiness for attending this session
ENROLLMENT INFORMATION FOR NEW MEMBERS

Enrollment is open every Monday of the week.

New participants can avail of one weekday 45 min trial session for $1:00 which will be waived upon enrollment.

Digital waiver is required for all, prior to participation. NOTE: JHI policy and waiver agreement is to be signed only once upon enrollment, and it will be valid for all sessions up and until, JHI makes any updates or changes to its policy and waiver agreement, or you have more than two months break in your enrollment, or it is a new yearly cycle for JHI and all members. In such situations you have to sign and re-submit the waiver.

If you are a new member enrolling in the sessions after the start of JHI monthly cycle, you will pay the monthly fee and it will apply from your enrollment date and counted towards the 4-week cycle. The following month when JHI next 4 weeks cycle starts, you will pay a pro-rated amount for the remaining unpaid days in the cycle. JHI will notify you of the payment due and process of payment prior to start of the next cycle and prior to your attendance. Current members who are continuing for next cycle must enroll by JHI due date for recurring registration. If current member does not enroll by the recurring registration due date and enrolls after the start date of the cycle, payment made will not be counted from date of participant enrollment but from the JHI cycle start date for the month.

here will be no refunds after enrollment and if cycle has started irrespective of whether you attended or not. All sessions will run as per monthly JHI schedule. JHI follows the U.S. calendar for public holidays and will be closed accordingly. Any sessions scheduled and paid for, that is cancelled by JHI will be re-run as a makeup class, or payment for the cancelled class will be refunded to participant in the time agreed upon by both JHI and participant. JHI reserves the right to change schedule, format, policies and pricing of sessions, or cancel sessions. All members will be notified prior to any such changes to policy, schedule or pricing prior to any monthly payment to allow ample time for members to make decisions regarding further participation in JHI programs.

New members are required to attend an onboarding session prior to starting their sessions. Onboarding session is a one-to-one interaction in small group setting with instructor and is very important for new participants to learn the biomechanics, forms, workout moves, nutrition basics, do's and don'ts for safe and effective participation and to achieve fitness goals. Onboarding session also provides a jumpstart to comfortable participation in upcoming workouts.
