  • New members learn about checkpoints and milestones involved in the process.

 

JHI ROADMAP - COOKIE JAR SESSIONS

All members embark on a personal fitness and wellness journey following a roadmap set by JHI that is tailored to individual goals and priorities.

  • How to time pre and post workout meals?

  • Nutrition labels reading and what is balanced plate meals?

A social network for members to meet and a platform to conduct, discuss, hold Q & A panels with members and special guests from the fitness and wellness industry.

Mon, Wed, Thurs: 45 min + 15 min Face Yoga (optional to attend)
Tues, Fri: 30 min + 15 min Face Yoga (optional to attend). Note: Friday is complimentary Friday and there is no Face Yoga.

The Workouts
MONDAY - FRIDAY

Whole Body Workout structured for all levels of participation.

Mobility, Flexibility, and Endurance training.

Strength training with Weights, Resistance Bands.

Fat burning Cardio, Step Aerobics.

 
FRIDAY: Complimentary Fitness Day

Some Fridays in a month will be swapped for JHI onboarding, JHI Health and Nutrition coaching, JHI specialty workouts or no session- rest day.

 
SATURDAY: Targeted Dynamic training for Abs and Core training with Pilates.
 

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION FOR NEW MEMBERS
  •  Enrollment is open every Monday of the week.
  • New members will be allowed one free trial session.
  • Digital waiver is required for all, prior to participation.  NOTE: JHI policy and waiver agreement is to be signed only once upon enrollment, and it will be valid for all sessions up and until, JHI makes any updates or changes to its policy and waiver agreement, or you have more than two months break in your enrollment, or it is a new yearly cycle for JHI and all members. In such situations you have to sign and re-submit the waiver.
  • Your monthly 4-week cycle starts from the day you start attending your paid session. Choose to attend all 6 days or based on your availability. NOTE: If you miss a session during weekdays in the morning, you can make up the session by attending in the evening and vice versa. Make ups are allowed only within the 4 weeks and cannot be carried over to next month i.e., beyond 4 weeks of enrollment. 
  • The Abs and Pilates sessions on Saturday has a prerequisite. Please contact JHI to evaluate your readiness for attending this session.
  • New members are required to attend an onboarding session prior to starting their sessions. Onboarding sessions will be 30 min and conducted on Sundays or Fridays and members will be notified of schedule and timings prior to start of their enrolled sessions. Onboarding session is a one-to-one interaction in small group setting with instructor and is very important for new participants to learn the biomechanics, forms, workout moves, nutrition basics, do's and don'ts for safe and effective participation and to achieve fitness goals. Onboarding session also provides a jumpstart to comfortable participation in upcoming workouts.

Digital signed waiver is required for participation in all JHI sessions including trial session.

 

Participants who join after JHI monthly cycle starts, will pay the monthly fee, and their cycle will count from the day of attendance. The following month, participant will pay a prorated amount for the remaining unpaid days of the month in the cycle.

 
All sessions will run as per monthly schedule. JHI follows the U.S calendar for public holidays and will be closed accordingly.  Any sessions scheduled and paid for, that is cancelled by JHI will be re-run as a makeup class, or payment for the cancelled class will be refunded to participant in the time agreed upon by both JHI and participant.

OWEN is a social networking platform of JHI and besides holding networking meetups, JHI conducts sessions on SMART goal setting, educates participants on why and how to achieve optimal health, and provides guidance on balanced nutrition.
Occasionally guest speakers may be invited to these discussion panels. Note: Some of these webinars with guest speakers may incur an additional fee*.
