JHI GIVE BACK INITIATIVE FOR ALL MEMBERS

  • ALL JHI enrolled participants get additional 15-minute free face yoga session (optional to attend) on weekdays (MON- THURS) after the 45 min regular session.

  • ALL members get to attend free orientation, personal journey roadmap and nutrition/wellness sessions that will be held by JHI on selected Fridays as needed. 

  • Enroll a friend get $2 off your monthly fee credited towards your next enrollment cycle.

  • Please Note: FREE Onboarding, Nutrition, and Face Yoga sessions require minimum three-member attendance to be conducted. Paid sessions will be cancelled if there are less than 3 participants registered at start of cycle and JHI will credit back based on mutual agreement with participant.

Note: Minimum 2 weekdays per week is required for JHI enrollment.

JHI Get Fit! LLC, provides fitness and wellness coaching related programs and services for women to foster a positive mind-set that promotes self-responsibility and well-being.

 

It helps participants establish "SMART" goals tailored to their individual needs, encourages and guides them to eat healthy balanced meals and participate in regular exercise.

JHI Get Fit! was started by Lalita Santhanam, who went through a personal transformational journey to get fit and healthy when COVID-19 impacted the nation in 2020.

 

Since October 2020, she has been conducting fitness and wellness virtual sessions for women from various states in the United States and overseas.  Lalita Santhanam has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering, comes from a professional Project Management and IT business background. She has utilized her knowledge in other sectors to bring the best to her fitness and wellness programs.

 

She is a certified Group fitness instructor, certified Health coach, certified comprehensive Pilates Mat Instructor, certified Bollywood dance fitness instructor, and has several other specialization certifications through continuing education credits.

WEEKDAYS REQUIRE MIN 2 DAY ENROLLMENT 

 

WEEKDAYS: MON - THURS

(Morning or Evening)

TIMINGS: 9 A.M. EST OR 8 P.M. EST

DURATION: 45 MIN PER SESSION 

 Attend all 4 days (Mon - Thurs) and get

2 FREE SPECIALITY 45 min sessions on Fridays

Attend 3 days (Mon - Thurs) and get one extra weekday (45 minute per session)

in the current enrolled month at the end of the cycle.

Additional: (Optional to attend)  

15 min FACE YOGA (Mon -Thurs) after regular workout

Please Note: You will be eligible for any extra free sessions that are JHI give back initiative for paid sessions, only if you have paid the full cycle fee (not prorated fee) for all 4 weeks of enrollment in a monthly cycle.

WEEKDAYS:  Whole Body Workout structured for all levels of participation

Make up days for weekdays will be scheduled by JHI within the first two weeks of the next JHI cycle and participants can apply 2 sessions credit to their second month payment cycle. Since, second month is a credited prorated month there will be not makeups allowed for second month except the regular morn or evening makeup options.  Makeup cycle will again apply from the third month. There is no make up for any JHI free extra weekdays. For specific details on makeups for weekdays, credits and for makeup of specialty sessions that are included for all four days of weekday enrollment, please contact JHI prior to registration. There is only one makeup for Saturday sessions. It's the fourth free Saturday.

 

WEEKEND: 4 SATURDAYS (3 Saturdays plus one free makeup session)

Dynamic training for Abs/Core training with Pilates. The Abs and Pilates sessions on Saturday has a prerequisite. Please contact JHI to evaluate your readiness for attending this session.

FRIDAY: Complimentary Sessions for all registered JHI members 

Some Fridays in a month will used by JHI for Onboarding, JHI Health and Nutrition coaching, and JHI Specialty workouts (offered to those who enroll all 4 weekdays).

ORIENTATION AND ONBOARDING SESSION FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS 

New members receive training on the basics required for safe and effective workout and learn about setting their road map for a personal journey in fitness and wellness. Members learn about checkpoints and milestones involved in the process.

 

JHI ROADMAP - COOKIE JAR SESSIONS

All members embark on a personal fitness and wellness journey following a roadmap set by JHI that is tailored to individual goals and priorities.

HEALTH AND NUTRITION SESSIONS

Educational sessions on fitness and nutrition.  How to balance fitness and nutrition? Pre and post workout meals, nutrition labels, balanced plate meals, what is required for weight loss and wellness?

JHI OWEN (ORDINARY WOMEN EMPOWERING NETWORK) SESSIONS

A social network for members to meet and a platform to conduct, discuss, hold Q & A panels with members and special guests from the fitness and wellness industry. * Some sessions with guest speakers may require small additional fee.

The one thing I love about these sessions is the consistency and sure weight loss along with body toning. I have been practicing yoga for a while and I know that weight loss should happen over a period of time. That's another thing I love about JHI. It is designed to help you build strength from inside and does not promise immediate weight loss which is useless if you are not getting strong.
