JHI SESSION ENROLLMENT INFORMATION 

NO MEMBERSHIP FEE OR CONTRACT! FLAT MONTHLY FEE! 

  • All new participants are required to sign waiver prior to participation in JHI sessions including trial sessions. All enrolling in monthly sessions must fill in registration form every month prior to payment.  Those enrolling multiple months can fill form once and it will be valid till end of their enrollment. 

  • There are no refunds after enrollment. Participants who miss a weekday morning session can make up the same day by attending the evening session or vice versa.

  • Saturdays Pilates is a 45 min add on program for 4 Saturday mornings a month, with additional discounted fee and no makeups.

  • On select FRIDAYS per month per JHI discretion, FREE Workout sessions/ Master sessions will be offered to all members.

  • Additionally, all members are also eligible to attend (optional) free 10 min face yoga after the 45 min JHI morning sessions. FREE face yoga class will be held per JHI discretion, and requires minimum of members in attendance.

JHI ROADMAPS INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS

ROADMAP 1 - ADAPTATION TO A LIFESTYLE

All registered members will be automatically enrolled in JHI ROADMAP 1. Members will receive....

  • Free onboarding prior to participation to enable participants to have a safe, successful, effective workout, and achieve fitness goals. Attendance in the onboarding sessions is mandatory for new members. 

  • Free pre and post workout nutrition guidance and general guidance to start the journey of adapting to a consistent fitness routine and balancing nutrition for a healthy lifestyle.

  • Roadmap 1 sessions will be held either 30 min prior to start of a weekday session or on a Sunday evening per predetermined schedule set by JHI.

  • Attendance in scheduled Roadmap meets is mandatory for all enrolled members.

ROADMAP 2 - CUSTOMIZING AND IMPLEMENTING LIFESTYLE MEDICINE

  • Roadmap 2 is an add on program, requires upfront one-time fee and payment is for a 3-month journey that complements the weekday sessions. Note: First time members new to JHI, will be able to add Roadmap 2 to their enrollment in the second month of enrollment, after they have enrolled and attended a full 4-week cycle of JHI weekday sessions in the first month.

  • Roadmap 2 is a deep dive into fitness and nutrition, is structured for group and individual one-to-one customization.

  • Roadmap 2 empowers participants to develop a framework for their individual needs and implement lifestyle medicine at end of the 3-month journey.

  • Roadmap 2 Implementation meets are held one hour on selected Sunday evenings per month for 3 months and individual follow up/phase outcome meets are held as needed 15 to 30 minutes prior to weekday sessions per month.

  • Participants enrolling in Roadmap 2 must be enrolled continuously for 3 months in regular weekday sessions, as well as attend Roadmap 2 mandatory scheduled meets per month for 3 months and implement the steps per month as guided by JHI. Participation in all three phases of Roadmap 2 is compulsory for completion of the roadmap. There are no refunds and participants will not be allowed to continue in program if they skip mandatory meets, nor will they benefit if they do not implement the phases as guided by JHI.

  • NOTE: ROADMAP 2 slots open every 3-month cycle and requires a certain minimum number of participants to run. Detailed info will be provided at the time of enrollment.

It helps participants establish "SMART" goals tailored to their individual needs, encourages and guides them to eat healthy balanced meals and participate in regular exercise.

JHI Get Fit! was started by Lalita Santhanam, who went through a personal transformational journey to get fit and healthy when COVID-19 impacted the nation in 2020.

 

Since October 2020, she has been conducting fitness and wellness virtual sessions for women from various states in the United States and overseas.  Lalita Santhanam has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering, comes from a professional Project Management and IT business background. She has utilized her knowledge in other sectors to bring the best to her fitness and wellness programs.

 

She is a certified Group fitness instructor, certified Health coach, certified comprehensive Pilates Mat Instructor, certified Bollywood dance fitness instructor, and has several other specialization certifications through continuing education credits.

DAILY UNIQUE FORMAT

Whole Body Workout structured for all levels of participation. 

Flexibility, Mobility, Balance, Cardio, Strength, Resistance, Weights, Abs, Step Aerobics, Cardio, Core, and Vision training.

 FREE (Optional to attend)  

15 min FACE YOGA (Mon -Thurs) after morning session. Free Face Yoga will be conducted per JHI discretion and required minimum 3 members in attendance.

On select FRIDAYS per month per JHI discretion, FREE Workout sessions/ Master sessions will be offered to all members.

Add the following session to your weekday plan at a discounted price.

Four Saturdays per month at 8:45 am EST Pilates/Core dynamic workout 45 min per session.

NOTE: Participants who miss a weekday morning session can make up the same day by attending the evening session or vice versa. There is no makeup for Saturday Pilates session

  • Enroll a new member get a referral credit towards your current monthly cycle payment or next enrollment cycle. New member also gets a discount towards their enrollment in the following month.

ORIENTATION AND ONBOARDING SESSION FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS 

New members receive training on the basics required for safe and effective workout and learn about setting their road map for a personal journey in fitness and wellness. Members learn about checkpoints and milestones involved in the process.

 

JHI ROADMAP 1 - ADAPTATION TO A LIFESTYLE

All members are automatically enrolled in roadmap 1 and embark on a personal fitness and wellness adaptation journey guided by JHI. Pre and post workout meals, and what is required ROADMAP 2 - CUSTOMIZING AND IMPLEMENTING LIFESTYLE MEDICINE

A 3-month implementation that complements the weekday fitness program for 3 months. Deep dive into nutrition and fitness and tailored for personal journey goals and achievements. A social network for members to meet and a platform to conduct, discuss, hold Q & A panels with members and special guests from the fitness and wellness industry. * Some sessions with guest speakers may require small additional fee.

The one thing I love about these sessions is the consistency and sure weight loss along with body toning. I have been practicing yoga for a while and I know that weight loss should happen over a period of time. That's another thing I love about JHI. It is designed to help you build strength from inside and does not promise immediate weight loss which is useless if you are not getting strong.
