JHI SESSION ENROLLMENT INFORMATION 

NO MEMBERSHIP FEE OR CONTRACT! FLAT MONTHLY FEE! 

  • JHI monthly cycle runs for 4 weeks per month. All sessions are 45 min daily per session. 

  • Weekday sessions are Monday - Thursday.  Weekday sessions are offered morning at 9:00 am EST or Evening 8:00 pm EST. 

Add the following additional sessions to your weekday plan at a discounted price: 

  • Two Friday Master classes conducted on consecutive weeks - Morn 9:00 am EST or Eve 8:00 pm EST 

  • Four Saturdays Pilates/Core dynamic workout at 8:45 am EST

There are no refunds after enrollment. Participants who miss a weekday morning session can make up the same day by attending the evening session or vice versa. 

All new participants are required to sign waiver prior to participation in JHI sessions. All enrolling in monthly sessions must fill in registration form every month prior to payment.  Those enrolling multiple months can fill form and it will be valid till end of their enrollment. 

JHI FREE SESSIONS FOR ALL MEMBERS

  • All enrolled members will receive free onboarding prior to participation to enable them to have a safe, successful, effective workout and achieve their goals. 

  • Free nutrition guidance for all members to help them establish a balanced healthy lifestyle. The nutrition sessions will be held on some Fridays in the monthly cycle and will be scheduled as required by JHI. 

  • All members are also eligible to attend (optional) free 15 min face yoga sessions daily (Morning or Evening) after the 45 min JHI workout. The free face yoga class will be held as per JHI schedule and requires minimum of 3-member participation to run.

JHI Get Fit! LLC, provides fitness and wellness coaching related programs and services for women to foster a positive mind-set that promotes self-responsibility and well-being.

 

It helps participants establish "SMART" goals tailored to their individual needs, encourages and guides them to eat healthy balanced meals and participate in regular exercise.

JHI Get Fit! was started by Lalita Santhanam, who went through a personal transformational journey to get fit and healthy when COVID-19 impacted the nation in 2020.

 

Since October 2020, she has been conducting fitness and wellness virtual sessions for women from various states in the United States and overseas.  Lalita Santhanam has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering, comes from a professional Project Management and IT business background. She has utilized her knowledge in other sectors to bring the best to her fitness and wellness programs.

 

She is a certified Group fitness instructor, certified Health coach, certified comprehensive Pilates Mat Instructor, certified Bollywood dance fitness instructor, and has several other specialization certifications through continuing education credits.

ORIENTATION AND ONBOARDING SESSION FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS

JHI ROADMAP - COOKIE JAR SESSIONS

All members embark on a personal fitness and wellness journey following a roadmap set by JHI that is tailored to individual goals and priorities.

HEALTH AND NUTRITION SESSIONS

Educational sessions on fitness and nutrition.  How to balance fitness and nutrition? Pre and post workout meals, nutrition labels, balanced plate meals, what is required for weight loss and wellness?

JHI OWEN (ORDINARY WOMEN EMPOWERING NETWORK) SESSIONS

A social network for members to meet and a platform to conduct, discuss, hold Q & A panels with members and special guests from the fitness and wellness industry. * Some sessions with guest speakers may require small additional fee.

The one thing I love about these sessions is the consistency and sure weight loss along with body toning. I have been practicing yoga for a while and I know that weight loss should happen over a period of time. That's another thing I love about JHI. It is designed to help you build strength from inside and does not promise immediate weight loss which is useless if you are not getting strong.
 
Coming to our instructor, I would like to first of all compliment her for being selfless and trying to help women in 40 and over age group to get better physically and mentally by giving her valuable time and effort.
