I would like to say following: To live healthy and happy life exercise must be part of your routine, is an universal known fact. However, it is one of the most difficult to satisfy. I personally have tried few things before like gym membership, following TV shows or videos. I found it very difficult to keep these things in routine and my motivation ran down much sooner! 


With JHI, with tons of motivation from enthusiastic coach Lalita, and with the positive interaction within the JHI zoom group, provides an unique opportunity to meet your exercise goal. Both physical and mental benefits in the luxury of your living room is the best option.  Lalita has designed the sessions diligently to include various types of exercise like stretching, aerobics, weights etc. This allows full body workout in a given week which helps to attain healthy life.

JHI- LAUNCHES MAY 1, 2023, ROADMAPS 1 & 2  FOR MEMBERS TO CHOOSE FROM, AND EMBARK ON A PERSONAL JOURNEY TOWARDS OPTIMAL PHYSICAL FITNESS AND WELLNESS GOALS. ROADMAP 1 IS FREE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND ROADMAP 2 WILL BE AN ADD PROGRAM FROM SEP 2023.

On MAY 1, 2023, JHI rolled out a pilot of its two types of roadmaps for members to choose from at the time of enrollment. Roadmap 1, which is already in existence and is part of the monthly fitness sessions, is free for all participants and all members are automatically enrolled in the roadmap. Participants will be more aware of the structure of this journey as it is now called Roadmap 1.
Roadmap 2 is the second path that members opted in free of choice for the May cycle pilot and committed to a three-month journey side by side with their monthly fitness cycle for 3 months to learn, get educated, and empower themselves with knowledge and tools to design a framework and game plan to follow and implement lifestyle medicine that enables them to a live a happy life as they age.

JHI- LAUNCHES JAN 9, 2023, BRAND NEW "SELECT YOUR WORKOUT DAYS" PROGRAM PLUS FREE ADDITIONAL SPECIALITY PROGRAMS ON FITNESS, NUTRITION AND  WELLNESS GEARED TOWARDS PROMOTING LIVING HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

On JAN 9, 2023, JHI will be rolling out its upgraded enhanced fitness and wellness coaching sessions geared towards achieved optimal health as one ages. Programs will be structured to address women's health and to help build on strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and endurance for a happy and pain free living both physically and mentally.

JHI- LAUNCHES FREE!!! SUMMER PROGRAM OF FITNESS AND WELLNESS FOR THE COMMUNITY AND ITS MEMBERS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2022.

On Aug 1, 2022, JHI launched a free summer splash fitness program for all women. This 30-minute daily session: morning and evening was designed and conducted to not only keep the fitness journey going and to prevent the summer slack for current members, but to also provide an insight and trial period of JHI sessions for incoming new members interested in pursuing a year-round fitness and wellness program, starting fall September 2022.

JHI- OWEN CELEBRATES MARCH WOMEN'S HEALTH AND NUTRITION MONTH BY LAUNCHING: EVERY THREE-MONTH FITNESS SMART GOALS AND NUTRITION ADHERENCE ROADMAP 

On February 27, 2022, JHI set a roadmap to motivate participants and encourage them to stick to their fitness and nutrition goals. This initiative was launched to coincide with celebrating national nutrition month, and women's health awareness month (March 2022).
On March 6, 2022, and March 13, 2022, sessions were held on setting personal SMART goals, education on nutrition and balanced meal plans. Participants were given the task of  tracking their roadmap for three months, to help them analyze their individual journey and  celebrate what they have achieved so far, as well take corrective steps to adhere to their fitness and nutrition goals.

JHI LAUNCHES ON DEMAND,
JHI ZOOM ON!!! DANCE FITNESS!!!
ON FEB 6, 2022

On February 6, 2022, JHI launched its exclusive dance fitness program for registered participants. The program is structured to encourage all non-dancers as well dancers to learn to groove, have a blast and get fit to music from Bollywood, Hollywood, Tollywood, other regions, and from all over the world! The sessions are unique as participants will also learn get to know other formats like hula hooping and line dancing to dance numbers.  The dance launch was a huge sucess.
Update:  As of March 5, 2022, JHI ZOOM ON!!! DANCE FITNESS!!!!  are being held on alternate Saturdays every month (2 Saturdays a month, 45 min per session)

JHI LAUNCHES ON DEMAND,
FACE YOGA ON JAN 31, 2022

FACE YOGA is back by demand at JHI. On January 21, 2022 JHI brought back face yoga as an add-on program for its registered participants. Face yoga is facial exercises that stimulate collagen, helps to alleviate stress and may help to improve appearance of face if done regularly. 

Face Yoga is now offered Monday thru Friday as an additional ten-minute add-on program after the regular weekday morning and evening sessions.

JHI-0WEN LAUNCHES THANKSGIVING EXTRAVAGANZA ON OCT 18, 2021

OWEN is a social network that JHI registered participants are automatically enrolled in. The main purpose of Ordinary Women Empowering Network (OWEN) is to provide support to each of the participants in their personal journey, in a non-judgmental group setting. It is also a platform to acknowledge, share, and appreciate the knowledge, insights, skills and talents that members contribute, as well as to gain insights from distinguished guests that participate in OWEN discussion panels.

With this vision in mind as of October 18, 2021, OWEN has started an initiative that provides a platform for members to have a voice, to showcase talents, to lead and share with other participants. The first one is this series was a dance number that a JHI member volunteered to perform and lead the class under guidance of JHI. It was fun interactive workout!!! The initiative was so much welcomed by JHI members that when the platform was offered again, even those who were unsure or hesitant came forward asking for an opportunity to showcase and lead the next  event!! JHI will continue in its efforts to bring more such initiatives that will empower all women in their fitness and wellness goals.

JHI -OWEN LAUNCHES NEW INTITATIVE ON OCT 30,2021 TO CELEBRATE EACH ONE OF IT'S PARTICIPANT, AND TO SHOW SUPPORT IN HELPING THEM ACHIEVE THEIR PERSONAL MILESTONES 

OWEN is a social network that JHI registered participants are automatically enrolled in. Participants virtually participated in recording birthday wishes which was sent as a surprise to the birthday person and it was a moment of much happiness to all members. JHI plans to continue this initiative, now a tradition with fellow fitness bees!

JHI LAUNCHES EXCLUSIVE "Targeted Abs and Core with Dynamic Workout and  Pilates" SATURDAY MORNING SESSIONS ON OCT 9, 2021

JHI's popular Saturday program is back with new and exciting format. Saturday sessions are geared towards current weekday participants and new participants.
For current participants it is offered as an add on session to weekday plan while new participants that are available only on weekends can enroll just for Saturday sessions.  
Please Note: Participants enrolling only for Saturday sessions are expected to be actively involved in some form of exercise prior to joining the sessions.

Update: As of March 5, 2022, these sessions are being offerd as add-on programs to registered participants and are on 3 alternate Saturdays (45 min per session) and has pre-requisites. Please click the learn more link for further information.

JHI LAUNCHES BRAND NEW WEBSITE FOR FITNESS AND WELLNESS COACHING ON SEP 26,2021

JHI is celebrating it's one year anniversary this October with launch of the first phase of its new website. Through its online presence, JHI aims to make it more feasible for its ardent supporters and participants to have easy access to information on JHI services and resources. It also wants to extend its community outreach efforts and encourage all women to invest in themselves and work towards achieving optimal health by exercising and eating nutritious balanced meals.

Upon successfully completing one year of Fitness and Wellness coaching for the community and its participants, JHI first and foremost is thankful for the support from all the participants who have journeyed this far with JHI and continuing to do so, and JHI is now expanding its community outreach this September with new format, programs, and online presence.
