JHI Get Fit! Registration

Welcome! Start your personal journey towards being fit and healthy as you age!

This registration page is for new registrants, participants returning after a two month break to re-enroll, and participants that have to change/update their address or other personal contact information. 

Also, new members and those returning after a two-month break, please read, sign electronically, and submit the policy and waiver agreement required for participation in JHI workout sessions. 

Please click this link JHI Get Fit! Policy and Waiver Agreement for waiver. Signed waiver is mandatory for participation in all sessions including trial! Upon submission of waiver, return to fill this form and submit to complete registration.

MPORTANT: Please read the JHI Enrollment Policy for Registration and Participation in JHI monthly sessions as explained on this page and if in agreement you can proceed with registration. Thank you!

To Register Please Complete the Following and Submit: 

STEP 1: Please check the box to acknowledge waiver signed, then fill rest of this form
If you have not signed waiver yet, please click JHI Get Fit! Policy and Waiver Agreement to submit the waiver, then return to complete this form.

STEP 2: Please select or enter the date you will start attending the session
STEP 3: Select your preferred sessions timing i.e., one you plan to attend on weekdays. Note: You can make up a weekday session that you missed by attending morning or evening on the same day based on your preferred selection. Note: Saturday session is at 8: 45 a.m. and free makeup is included as fourth Saturday of the month. Contact JHI to evaluate your readiness for this intermediate/advance session.

STEP 4: Please select your payment months
Select monthly or multiple months payment from the provided options. Any discounts or JHI give back credits/reward amounts to be considered will be applied at the time of remitting payment via Zelle. You can reach JHI to clarify the fee to remit if JHI has not already informed you prior to your registration.  If you have paid multiple months but change your mind or JHI changes the pricing etc. for following months, you can ask for refund. Refund will only be issued for months not attended, if you have paid multiple months, or JHI cycle has not started the new cycle or cancelled sessions, and if you choose not to attend further sessions.
 JHI GIVE BACK INTIATIVE

Enroll all 4 days in a week and get two free Specialty/Master sessions (45 min per session) on Fridays in the current enrolled month.

Enroll 3 days (Mon - Thurs) and add one free weekday 45 min session to your selected day.

Enroll a friend get $2 off your monthly fee credited towards your next enrollment cycle.

JHI PRICING FOR SESSIONS (4 WEEKS A MONTH).  $4 PER 45 MIN SESSION.
MIN 2 DAYS PER WEEK ENROLLMENT IS MANDATORY .

Please Note: You will be eligible for any extra free sessions that are JHI give back initiative for paid sessions only if you have paid the fully cycle fee (not prorated fee) for all 4 weeks of enrollment in a monthly cycle.

MINIMUM 2 WEEKDAYS SELECTION IS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT
ADD ON SATURDAY TO YOUR TWO WEEKDAYS IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND SATURDAY PILATES
SELECT THE NUMBER OF MONTHS YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR AND MAKING PAYMENT
Please note if payment is made by someone else on your behalf, please put your full name in the notes section of your Zelle payment. Also, all members please put the start date and total amount paid (if discounted) in the Zelle note. PLEASE NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: YOUR REGISTRATION IS INCOMPLETE IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE AT THE SAME TIME OF REGISTRATION SUBMISSION

If you are unable to pay by Zelle please contact JHI to discuss other options of payment. 
STEP 6: FINAL CHECK BEFORE SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION
Please make sure that you have signed and submitted the online waiver, made payment via ZELLE prior to clicking the submit button.
Upon successful registration JHI will receive notification and JHI will send you onboarding information, the associated zoom link for you to log into your registered sessions along with a weekly schedule for reference, and a note on equipment that may be required for the workouts, and you will be automatically added to JHI communication group and OWEN network group.
Note: Saturday Pilates core/Ab session (45 minutes) is in the mornings at 8:45 a.m. EST
