JHI Get Fit! Registration

Welcome! Start your personal journey towards being fit and healthy as you age!

This registration page is for new registrants, current, and returning members enrolling in JHI monthly cycle.
If you are registering and choosing to make payment for multiple months, then please fill out this form once for the first month and submit along with your payment. This registration will be valid for each month till end of your enrollment cycle.

READ ALL THE RULES AND POLICIES, SIGN AND SUBMIT THE WAIVER IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO, THEN RETURN TO THIS FORM TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION.

 

To Register Please Complete the Following and Submit: 

STEP 1: Please check the box to acknowledge waiver signed, then fill rest of this form
JHI Waiver Signed 
STEP 2: Please select or enter the date you will start attending the session
STEP 3: Select your preferred sessions timing i.e., one you plan to attend on weekdays. 
Note: You can make up a weekday session that you missed by attending morning or evening on the same day.  
Saturday session is at 8: 45 AM EST. and no makeups.

STEP 4: Please select your program and payment option
Select monthly or multiple months of payment from the provided options. Any discounts or JHI give back credits/reward amounts to be considered will be applied at the time of remitting payment via Zelle. JHI will inform you of any discounts or incentives prior to your registration cycle. You can reach JHI to clarify the fee prior to your registration.  If you have paid multiple months but change your mind or JHI changes the pricing etc., for following months, you can ask for refund. Refund will only be issued for upcoming months not attended, if you have paid multiple months, or if JHI has not started the new cycle or cancelled sessions, and if you choose not to attend further sessions that you pre-paid for.

WIN-WIN-SITUATION

Enroll a friend get $2 off your monthly fee credited towards your enrollment cycle, and your friend gets $1 off their next enrollment cycle.   

Additional discounts for 4-month continuous enrollment in JHI sessions

JHI monthly sessions run every four-weeks and JHI will be closed on public holidays as per the U.S. calendar. However, these days will be accounted for, and the start and end date of the 4-week cycle per month will be scheduled accordingly. 
CURRENT MEMBERS - JHI will open up registration for the next cycle in the last week of the current monthly cycle. 

NEW PARTICIPANTS - You can enroll in roadmap 2 only if you have participated in JHI Roadmap 1 for at least one-month (4-week cycle).

NEW PARTICIPANTS ARE THOSE TOTALLY NEW
TO JHI (FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS). MEMBER ARE CURRENT AND FORMER PARTICIPANTS.

STEP 6: REMIT PAYMENT VIA ZELLE
SELECT THE NUMBER OF MONTHS YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR AND MAKING PAYMENT
Please note if payment is made by someone else on your behalf, please put your full name in the notes section of your Zelle payment. Also, all members please put the start date and total amount paid (if discounted) in the Zelle note. 
PLEASE NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: YOUR REGISTRATION IS INCOMPLETE IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE AT THE SAME TIME OF REGISTRATION SUBMISSION, AND IF YOU HAVE NOT SIGNED AND SENT ACROSS THE JHI POLICY AND WAIVER AGREEMENT

If you are unable to pay by Zelle please contact JHI for other payment methods. 
STEP 5: Please select your payment months
Upon successful registration, JHI will receive notification and JHI will send you onboarding information, the associated zoom link registration receipt with a weekly schedule and equipment that may be required for the workouts. You will also be automatically added to JHI communication group and OWEN network group.
