JHI Get Fit! Registration

Welcome! Start your personal journey towards being fit and healthy as you age!

This registration page is for new registrants, current, and returning members enrolling in JHI monthly cycle.
If you are registering and choosing to make payment for multiple months, then please fill out this form once for the first month and submit along with your payment. This registration will be valid for each month till end of your enrollment cycle.

 

To Register Please Complete the Following and Submit: 

STEP 1: Please make sure you have submitted the JHI policy and waiver form. If not done, please click here to complete and submit. Then return back to this page to complete registration.

STEP 3: Please select or enter the date you will start attending the session
STEP 4: Select the session timing you plan to attend on weekdays. 
Note: You can make up a weekday session that you missed by attending morning or evening on the same day.

STEP 5: Please select program payment option
 Any discounts or JHI give back credits/reward amounts to be considered will be applied at the time of remitting payment via Zelle. 
Note: There are no refunds after the registration deadline. Any refund request will be honored if JHI receives withdrawal notification ahead of registration deadline by email or via text.  Refund, the process, and time of refund will be as agreed upon by JHI and member receiving the refund.

WIN-WIN-SITUATION

Enroll a friend get $2 off your monthly fee credited towards your enrollment cycle,

JHI monthly sessions run every four-weeks and JHI will be closed on public holidays as per the U.S. calendar. However, these days will be accounted for, and the start and end date of the 4-week cycle per month will be scheduled accordingly. 
JHI will open up registration for the next cycle in the last week of the current monthly cycle. 

Note: Any participant (new or returning member) planning to join in middle of a JHI cycle can do so by paying per session fee for remaining days in the cycle plus payment for the following monthly or for a two- month cycle.

STEP 6: REMIT PAYMENT VIA ZELLE
Please note if payment is made by someone else on your behalf, please put your full name in the notes section of your Zelle payment. Also, all members please put the start date and total amount paid (if discounted) in the Zelle note. 
PLEASE NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: YOUR REGISTRATION IS INCOMPLETE IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE AT THE SAME TIME OF REGISTRATION SUBMISSION, AND IF YOU HAVE NOT SIGNED AND SENT ACROSS THE JHI POLICY AND WAIVER AGREEMENT

If you are unable to pay by Zelle please contact JHI for other payment methods. 
Upon successful registration, JHI will receive notification and JHI will send you onboarding information, the associated zoom link registration receipt with a weekly schedule and equipment that may be required for the workouts. You will also be automatically added to JHI communication group and OWEN network group.

Note: Friday mornings Master session at 9am EST and Saturday mornings Pilates at 8: 45am EST is FREE for members enrolled in JHI for at least 6 months in a yearly cycle.
